He began his professional career in the healthcare technology sector at Medtronic in 1977. Curiosity and a background in economics led him to found MedTech in 1982. Subsequently, in 1988, he launched Cardiva and, in 2002, Cardivais. More than three decades later, work continues to define his life, always from a conscious and humane perspective. Perseverance, confidence in the team and the desire to excel have marked his career. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of iVascular and Histocell.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Dr. Lapuente is the Scientific Director of the Peaches Group. Prestigious physician expert in Regenerative Medicine, he has a degree in Medicine and Surgery, Official European Master in Transfusion Medicine and Advanced Cellular Therapies, <\/span>Master in Sports Traumatology, Master in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Doctorate in Medicine at UCAM in 2018.<\/p>\n

He joined Peaches Group in 2017, where he leads the R&D+i department in the field of research on new technologies applied to biotechnology and Regenerative Medicine.<\/p>\n

Dr. Pedro Lapuente is in constant contact with medical teams from leading national and international hospitals, as well as top sports clubs throughout <\/span>Europe, helping to advocate for the new medical technologies developed by the Peaches Group.<\/p>\n

A speaker and thought leader at multiple scientific events, he has received numerous awards for recent advances in the field of research.<\/p>\n

In 2005, he received the IESE-Vocento- Ernst&Young Innovation Award.<\/p>\n

He was also Founder and CEO of Exxentia, a company that became a leader in Europe in the sale of raw materials for the production of medicinal plants, basing its success on research, being integrated into Puleva Biotech in 2008, with De Gregorio joining the Management Committee of the Ebro – Puleva Group.<\/p>\n
